====== Florence Christian Church ====== Located on the corner of U.S. 25 and U.S. 42, the first Florence Christian Church building was constructed of logs [[1831|1831]]. The church was rebuilt in [[1835|1835]] and again in 1964. Almeda Stephens Waite was the daughter of John A. and Frances Stephens the benefactors of the Florence Christian Church. John A.
