======Vaughan-Marquis Cemetery======

Located behind what is currently Walmart on Houston Road in [[Florence]], this is the final resting place for the victim of the [[civil_war|Civil War]] Skirmish at Florence, [[larkin_vaughn|Larkin Vaughn]], as well as his parents Abraham (1772-1851) and Polly Vaughn (1779-1856).

As this cemetery has been vandalized in the past, a more recent monument stands in the place of the originals.
