Mayhugh Lumber Company, in the late 1920s, this house was owned by John and Eloise Hartman for nearly 50 years. This interesting bungalow sits on North Main Street on Walton, and features three distinct roof forms: a side gable over the main block; a low-slung hip with overhanging eaves over the rear section; and a low, broad, clipped gable with half-timbered stucco over the porch.

The home was added to the National Register in 2005.
