Excerpt from the 2005 National Register Nomination for the South Main Street Historic District.
This was the home of Rebecca Sleet, a schoolteacher in Covington. The influence of the Colonial Revival style is evident in the main entrance with transom and sidelights, half-circle lunette and leaded glass transom. The bungalow-style shed dormer was likely an early addition.
